My passion -To empower women through compassionate, practical breastfeeding guidance,  so they can build a strong bond with their babies and trust their amazing bodies.

1.Helps with *proper latch and positioning* to reduce nipple pain and improve milk transfer.  

2. Manages *low or oversupply of milk*, helping moms regulate milk production.  

3. Supports moms with *engorgement, cracked nipples, blocked ducts*, or mastitis.  

4. Guides families with *tongue-tie, lip-tie, high palate*, or other oral restrictions in babies.  

5. Assists with *baby refusing breast, sleepy feeders*, or difficulty staying latched.  

6. Supports *breastfeeding in NICU or with premature babies* needing special care.  

7. Educates on *breastfeeding after C-section, surgery*, or breast conditions.    

9. Creates a plan for *pumping, milk storage, and returning to work* while continuing breastfeeding.  

10. Offers emotional support for *stress, self-doubt, anxiety*, and breastfeeding burnout.  

11. Provides strategies for *feeding multiples* (twins, triplets) and unique routines.

12. Guides in weaning, introducing solids, and recognizing baby's feeding cues.
